CFAO Retail in Cameroon is recruiting a Store Manager for the upcoming opening of the PlaYce shopping center in Yaoundé.

In strict compliance with the company's standards and under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Shop Manager's role is to :

• Develop sales by guaranteeing the level of profitability expected by the company, in line with the company's sales policy;
• Build customer loyalty through a warm welcome and quality customer service;
• Leading and managing a team ;
• Ensure that the brand's values are embraced by the team;
• Training and maintaining a calm social climate
• Guarantee the image of the brand and its store

Trained to degree level (Bac +3 / Bac +4) in business or management, you have 3 years' successful experience in the management of a profit center in specialized distribution.

You speak French and English
